"After painstakingly researching wedding photographers - I'm not joking we drew up a table of photographers, their packages, pros and cons, cost, etc., to try to make sense of what exactly it was we wanted and procrastinated about it FOREVER, we stumbled across Marcin’s website and social media accounts and just knew he was the one for us. His pictures were strikingly stylish but yet the subjects of the photography were always to where the eye was drawn. It seemed like a perfect balance of really cool looking photos of people that you felt you knew just from the way their essence had been captured. We met up with Marcin before hiring him and got to know him a bit. What came across to us was an intelligent, humble, hardworking family man, who didn't try to blind us with a sales pitch and was refreshingly honest when answering our questions. He even took a couple of snaps of us so we could get a feel for how he works. He effortlessly made me feel so at ease which is no mean feat - a little piece of my soul usually dies a little when someone has to take my photo! We immediately gave him all our money... Well, we paid for his services as per his quote, which by the way was so reasonable that I had to double and triple check it and then check it again. Working with Marcin leading up to the day was seamless, as he is so well organised and doesn't make you feel an inconvenience for asking yet more questions. Fast forward to the wedding day itself, where it became apparent that Marcin has some form of supernatural power which enables him to snap away without ever being seen unless he wants to be seen. It was the stuff of witchcraft. Marcin went the extra mile for us on the day and came stocked with smoke grenades and sparklers so we could add a little extra special touch to our photographs, if we wanted. Such is Marcin’s professionalism and dedication that I'm also pretty sure he stayed a little later than the time we had booked him for to ensure that all elements of our wedding that we'd wanted covered were covered. Fast forward a few weeks post wedding and we were presented with all our images professionally edited by Marcin and were honestly delighted with the results of this talented man. Thank you so much."

He wasn’t intrusive at all but was extremely organised and efficient when needed. He had a brief meeting with us at our home before the wedding and took us through his routine. "We’ve recently received our wedding photos and we’re very happy with them, they are a fantastic reminder of a wonderful day. Marcin is approachable, friendly and dealt with our wedding with professionalism through every stage leading up to the wedding and in particularly on the day of the wedding. My biggest concern prior to the wedding was feeling at ease having my/our photo taken but Marcin’s personality and work style put me at ease once the day started. We briefed Marcin ahead of the wedding on what type of photos we wanted to capture, and the style. We also used his online questionnaires to help him get a feel on how we wanted the day to go, along with any guest/family dynamics. He then worked with us to achieve those photos without being too intrusive, and he also worked alongside our videographer extremely well. We had a couple of requests to edit some individual photos as we’d forgotten to include a few guests in group photos, but nothing was too much trouble. Lots of positive comments from our guests about Marcin in the days following the wedding, highly recommended."

Having opted for a somewhat quirky family outdoor reception after a fairly traditional ceremony I was keen to find a photographer that would balance both traditional and candid photos for our special day.
