Recent wedding of Aimee & Tom at Asylum Chapel in Caroline Gardens in Peckham followed by the reception at The Lordship Pub in East Dulwich:

Below are my favourite wedding photos shot at The Asylum. The lighting and unique atmosphere makes it magical and special place to get married!

Asylum Chapel is licensed by Southwark Council for weddings and civil ceremonies. Same sex partnerships welcomed. The chapel is a Grade II listed building, built in 1826 by the Licensed Victuallers Benevolent Institution for use by the residents of Caroline Gardens. The Chapel is 2 minutes away from Queens Road Peckham Station which has a train 10 minutes away from London Bridge Station. Asylum Chapel wedding venue is situated in the heart of South London. It is very unique with its interesting history and its rustic vibe. Built in 1826, this beautiful building has withstood direct bombing during the war and is now a Grade 2 listed building. Asylum Chapel wedding venue stands today, barely restored, in its raw form ready for your wonderful and individual ideas.

Being a ceremony only venue, you are welcome to have a toast and canapes at Asylum Chapel wedding venue but you will need to find a setting nearby to extend your celebrations into the evening for a sit down meal and live music.
